Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Maintenance:
Install, test, and maintain process control instruments such as transmitters, sensors, gauges, valves, and controllers.
Calibration & Testing:
Perform regular calibration of instruments to maintain accuracy and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve instrumentation and control system faults to minimize downtime and maintain system efficiency.
Control Systems Support:
Support PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), DCS (Distributed Control System), and SCADA systems for configuration, maintenance, and fault analysis.
Preventive Maintenance:
Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all instrumentation equipment.
Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date documentation including instrument data sheets, calibration reports, loop diagrams, and wiring drawings.
Project Implementation:
Assist in new project installations, commissioning, and integration of control systems with existing setups.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all instrumentation systems comply with company safety procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repair, or calibration of instruments and maintain service records.
Continuous Improvement:
Suggest improvements to enhance system performance, reliability, and process automation efficiency.
