Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for preparing calibration certificates, managing NABL accreditation documentation, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with applicable standards and accreditation bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify calibration certificates with accurate measurement data.
Manage NABL documentation, including audits, reports, and compliance records.
Develop, implement, and update QMS documents such as SOPs, manuals, and records.
Coordinate internal and external audits and facilitate corrective actions.
Ensure documentation control and proper record-keeping practices.
Support staff training related to calibration and quality procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's or Diploma or ITI in Instrument Engineering or related field.
Experience with calibration, NABL standards, and QMS documentation.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills.
