Cake Sales & Marketing Executive

Lollino is a brand specializing in a wide variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts. We are passionate about delivering exceptional taste and quality, and we’re looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable cake products.
• Actively promote cakes and special offers to increase sales.
• Upsell and cross-sell bakery items to maximize revenue.
• Process customer orders accurately and handle billing.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Daily Operations

• Ensure cake display counters are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Monitor product freshness and coordinate with the production team for replenishment.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the store

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales and/or marketing (bakery or F&B sector preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
