Cake Maker

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and creative Cake Maker to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for baking, assembling, and decorating a variety of cakes to meet customer orders, seasonal specials, and event requirements (e.g., birthdays, weddings, corporate). Precision, creativity, and consistency are key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities:Prepare batter, sponge, and fillings from scratch using standard or custom recipes. Bake cakes of various types (buttercream, fondant, mousse, layered, tiered). Decorate cakes using piping tools, fondant, edible prints, airbrushing, and other techniques. Design and customize cakes as per client themes, trends, or special instructions. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen. Monitor inventory and request ingredients or supplies as needed. Collaborate with the front desk for customer preferences, allergies, and deadlines. Package cakes securely for transport and display.
