You are a reliable and customer-focused Cashier responsible for managing all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently at our Malad location. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing fast, friendly, and efficient checkout experiences. Your key responsibilities include greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner, responding to their inquiries, issuing receipts, refunds, or change as required, ensuring the accuracy of cash drawer balances at the beginning and end of shifts, maintaining a clean checkout area, handling customer complaints or escalating them to the appropriate supervisor, following store procedures for coupons, gift cards, and loyalty programs, reconciling daily transactions, submitting daily sales reports to the manager, assisting other store staff as needed (restocking shelves, inventory management), and adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
