Cafe Staff

Job Title:  Café Staff Location:  Chandapura, Bangalore Reports To:  Cafe Owner Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our café team. As a Café Staff member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently. Prepare and serve beverages (tea, coffee, milkshakes, etc.) and food items as per the café menu. Ensure all food and drinks are prepared according to hygiene and quality standards. Handle billing and cash transactions accurately using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including tables, counters, and kitchen area. Restock supplies and assist with inventory management. Follow café policies on hygiene, grooming, and customer service. Assist other team members during busy hours to ensure smooth operations. Address customer queries or complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 10th / 12th pass; hospitality or café experience preferred. Prior experience in a café, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or food service role is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of coffee machines and POS systems is a plus. Work Schedule: Morning Shift: 7:30 AM to 5 PM Morning Shift: 9:30 AM to 7 PM
