We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Kitchen Head to lead production at our facility. Position Overview: We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Crew Member to join our café team. As a Crew Member at Dohful, you’ll be the face of our brand—serving not just exceptional coffee and beverages but also our signature cookies with a smile. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages. Ensure every cup and cookie served meets Dohful’s quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment. Greet customers warmly, answer their questions, and make personalized recommendations. Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with restocking, inventory checks, and maintaining equipment. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a great customer experience. Qualifications: Prior experience as a crew memeber or in a customer-facing role in F&B is preferred but not mandatory. Passionate about coffee, cookies, and creating happy customer moments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
