As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of retail operations, including cash handling, day-to-day store functions, inventory management, and shelf-life control. Your role will involve leading recruitment, training, and motivation of the store team to foster a high-performance and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of retail operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and shelf-life control. - Lead recruitment, training, and motivation of the store team to foster high performance and collaboration. - Drive sales across multiple channels, ensuring consistent revenue growth. - Ensure proper management and maintenance of store assets, equipment, and facilities. - Implement and maintain visual merchandising strategies for an engaging shopping experience. - Address and resolve customer concerns with a diplomatic approach to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. - Monitor store performance to provide actionable insights for operational improvements. - Manage e-commerce order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Qualifications & Skills: - Male candidates preferred. - 5-8 years of experience in luxury retail, food retail, or hospitality, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Exceptional customer service and communication skills for managing relationships and complex interactions. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing tasks effectively. - Strong leadership skills focused on execution, meeting targets, and ensuring team accountability. - Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA or diploma in Retail Management is a plus. - Results-driven approach while maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.
