Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES Perform Hexahedral and Tetrahedral meshing using Hyper Mesh for various components, including but not limited to: Plastic parts Sheet metal structures Rubber and Seal components Ensure adherence to client-specific guidelines and quality standards for finite element models. Collaborate with simulation engineers to ensure model integrity for structural, thermal, and other analysis types. Optimize meshing to balance computational efficiency with accuracy. Conduct quality checks for element quality metrics such as warpage, skewness, aspect ratio, and Jacobian. Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on time. Troubleshoot and resolve meshing-related challenges during project execution. Stay updated on advancements in CAE meshing techniques and tools
