Job Description

Job Role - CAE Analyst

Experience - 2 to 6 years

Education - B.E

Notice Period - 30 days or below preferrable

Role & responsibilities

Build FE model and conduct linear and non-linear analysis using CAE tools.
Preprocessing and postprocessing in Hypermesh / Hyperworks and solving using Nastran.
Define boundary conditions as specified in standard operating procedures, using the respective preprocessing tools.
Postprocessing for specified metrics using Hyperworks.
Interpret the results and suggest design changes for improvement.
Creating analysis reports for the analyzed cases.

Preferred candidate profile

BE / ME degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
2 - 6 years of relevant working experience in automotive structural analysis in the field of durability, linear/non-linear domain.
Working experience in Hypermesh / Nastran for automotive structural analysis is a must.
Proficient in meshing, assembly and post processing of large structural sub-systems and full vehicle assemblies.
Knowledge of automotive components and systems, as well as their structural behaviour under various loading conditions.
Experience in working in structural failure resolution using FE analysis.
