CAD - DRAFTSPERSON (INTERIORS)

skilled and detail-oriented CAD Draftsperson

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop detailed interior drawings, layouts, and working drawings.
• Translate design concepts into precise technical drawings in coordination with the design team.
• Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and as-built documentation.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, specifications, and timelines.
• Collaborate with site and design teams to maintain accuracy and clarity in execution.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Interior Design/Design.

• 3–10 years of experience

  in interior fit-out drawings (corporate, commercial, or residential).
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  (knowledge of SketchUp/Revit is a plus).
• Strong understanding of materials, joinery details, and services coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
