Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CAD Draftsman with strong AutoCAD experience to prepare accurate drawings and layouts for civil, interior, and MEP projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, with at least 2 years of practical experience, and able to coordinate effectively with the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Interpret architectural and engineering inputs into precise technical drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams for revisions and updates.
• Prepare and maintain as-built drawings and project documentation.
• Ensure all drawings meet quality standards and project timelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in Civil / Interior Fit-out / MEP works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of 3D drafting is a plus.
• Revit knowledge is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.

Compensation:

• ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
