CAD Draftsman

Role Overview: As a CAD Draftsman at Flatworld Solutions, you will be responsible for creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings and plans using AutoCAD software for various civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, water systems, and land development. Your role will involve collaborating with civil engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure project requirements and specifications are met. You will be preparing layouts, detail drawings, and schematics from rough sketches and specifications provided by engineers, revising drawings based on feedback, performing quality checks, maintaining documentation, and staying updated with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field. - Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman in the civil engineering sector. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software. - Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction materials. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
