Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Execute mechanical and structural design from concept development to 3D modeling and manufacturing drawing creation for tractor cabins. Develop conceptual designs aligned with manufacturability, using sound knowledge of DFM principles . Utilize 3D solid modeling tools , preferably UG-NX , and work efficiently within a Product Data Management (PDM) system. Design with a strong understanding of sheet metal , weldments , and fabrication techniques . Apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and adhere to industry best practices. Required Skill Set: Proficiency in vehicle integration design , especially for structural and sheet metal components . Thorough understanding of tractor sub-systems and their integration with cabin structures. Sound knowledge of material selection , strength of materials , and design validation methods. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization structure.
