Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Team Lead to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily financial activities, monthly GST filings, account finalization, and ensuring compliance with TDS and GST regulations.

1. Preparing Reports with accuracy for TDS, TCS and GST Returns on Monthly Basis.

2. Verifying all the statements of inflow and outflow, that includes shall bank statements and other transactions.

3. Reconciliation of TDS Return on Quarterly basis and sharing data for return filing.

4. Reconciliation of Sales at the Year, for Annual GST Filing.

5. Updating reports, bank statements and other data on a monthly basis in accounting software of company (Tally)

6. Ensuring all the details updated in Accounting software are done with accuracy.

7. Ensuing Compliances relating to TDS and GST, for all the transactions in the company.

8. Complete finalization of Accounts at the year end and sharing accurate and exact details with the auditors.

9. Responding to Queries within the company and guiding them through for compliance purposes.

10. Coordinating with Auditors and providing end to end information as required.

11. Preparing Data for Annual Audit and Internal Audit on Quarterly basis.

12. Preparing Cost sheet and analyzing expenses for the company.

13. Managing the team of Account Executives.

Skills Required:- 1. Microsoft Excel

2. Tally

3. Taxation

4. Knowledge for Compliances relating to OTAs

Qualification :-Master's Degree In Accounts / CA Inter / CMA Inter

Experience 3-4 Years in Taxation and Accounting Preferred.

Salary Range Expected :-25K & above

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
