Role Overview

We are looking for a

CA Fresher

to join our

Accounts Outsourcing Department

as a

CA Manager

. The role involves end-to-end accounting, MIS preparation, client coordination, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for domestic and international clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified CA to gain holistic exposure to outsourced finance and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting for multiple clients across sectors.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or other accounting platforms.
• Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, including ledger scrutiny and vendor/customer reconciliations.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly MIS reports, financial summaries, and management dashboards.
• Assist in preparation of Financial Statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations, inter-company reconciliations, and periodic closing activities.
• Coordinate with clients for data, documentation, schedules, and clarifications.
• Support statutory requirements including GST filings, TDS compliance, and audit coordination.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting standards, SOPs, and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within client accounting workflows.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Accounting Standards and bookkeeping fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and willingness to learn cloud accounting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.
• High degree of professionalism, responsibility, and integrity.
  

Qualification

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher
• Articleship experience in Accounts/Finance/Outsourcing preferred but not mandatory.
