Job Description

Position:

Role Overview

qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
Perform variance analysis and assist in MIS reporting
Support internal and statutory audits and coordinate with auditors
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
Support process improvement and internal control initiatives
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments

Eligibility Criteria

Qualified
Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher)
Completed
articleship from a Big 4 firm

OR

CA Rank Holder with industrial training during articleship
Strong conceptual knowledge of accounting, auditing, and taxation
Good understanding of Ind AS and financial reporting

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment

Preferred Attributes

Exposure to healthcare, manufacturing, or large corporate environments
Hands-on experience during articleship in audits, financial reporting, or internal controls
