Job Description

Key Responsibilities Inventory & Dispatch Management Coordinate and track dispatches to ensure timely and accurate delivery to designated stock points. Oversee dispatch operations for FPEC (First Point Experience Centre) materials across locations. Liaise with logistics partners and receiving teams to confirm delivery and maintain an efficient dispatch schedule. Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation including delivery notes, invoices, and receipts. Monitor inventory levels across stock points to prevent stockouts or overstocking situations. Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile with system records; report and resolve variances. Analyse stock consumption patterns and initiate replenishment plans based on demand forecasts. Maintain and update the Dispatch/Logistics Tracker MIS to highlight delays, bottlenecks, and follow-ups. Manage inter-stock point transfers, ensuring proper documentation and timely execution. Procurement Coordination Coordinate Material Requisition Quotations (MRQs) with the procurement and finance teams for inventory replenishment. Create Purchase Orders in the system based on approved MRQs, ensuring correct vendor and pricing details. Generate Goods Receipt Notes upon receipt of materials and verify them against the PO and invoice. Ensure adherence to procurement protocols and internal policy compliance at every stage. Maintain organized records of procurement documentation including POs, GRNs, invoices, and delivery notes. Track supplier performance and assist in resolving vendor-related issues to ensure continuity of supply.
