Role Summary

The Role Accounts & Finance will support the Manager in ensuring smooth financial and operational activities within the organization. The role includes assisting in transaction reconciliation, managing receivables and payables, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

• Support the management of receivables, payables, and related financial processes.
  
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and reporting requirements.
  
• Provide operational and financial support to treasury and banking functions.
  
• Contribute to improving the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of financial and operational reporting.
  

Roles & Responsibilities

Departmental Activities

• Assist in weekly reconciliation of transaction data vs. settlement reports.
  
• Perform daily reconciliation across financial platforms (Escrow, RGCS, Settlement, Transaction records).
  
• Reconcile merchant settlements to ensure timely payments and payouts.
  
• Coordinate with M2P for reports, follow-ups, and task closure.
  
• Prepare and manage invoices to ensure timely processing (5th of every month).
  
• Support accurate loading and reconciliation of corporate client data.
  
• Assist with customer-related processes and ensure timely approvals.
  
• Handle basic taxation matters related to PPI products.
  
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements and support bank reconciliation activities.
  
• Provide routine and ad-hoc support to the treasury team.
  
• Ensure timely settlement of merchant payments.
  
• Support onboarding processes for new vendors.
  
• Address and resolve bank-related queries in a timely manner.
  
• Ensure adherence to reporting requirements set by RBI, NPCI, and other authorities.
  
• Assist in preparing RBI, DBI, and other regulatory reports.
