About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate CA Foundation Faculty to teach and mentor students preparing for the CA Foundation examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom sessions for CA Foundation subjects (Accounting, Law, Mathematics, Economics, or others based on expertise).
• Create lesson plans, study materials, practice tests, and assignments.
• Track student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and academic counseling.
• Prepare students for exams with mock tests and revision sessions.
• Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and student engagement activities.
• Stay updated with ICAI syllabus changes and exam patterns.

Requirements

• Qualified CA / CMA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or relevant postgraduate degree.
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience at the CA Foundation level (preferred).
• Strong conceptual clarity and ability to simplify complex topics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
