Key Responsibilities & Exposure: - Manage compliance for Foreign Companies, address NRI Taxation issues, and process 15CA-CB certifications for International & NRI Taxation. - Prepare submissions and assist in representation for cases before CIT-Appeals and ITAT for Tax Litigation & Appeals. - Work on specialized regulations such as FEMA and Black Money Act compliances for Global Regulatory Advisory. - Conduct in-depth Tax Research, draft high-quality Opinion Papers, and regulatory Research Papers for Research & Opinion Drafting. - Handle complex tax certifications like TRC and assist with applications for Lower TDS Certificates for Compliance & Certifications. - Support year-round compliance, scrutiny assessments, and general tax advisory functions for Core Direct Tax. Qualifications & Fit: - Enrolled in the CA Articleship Program with a strong passion for Direct Tax. - Demonstrated knowledge of core accounting and taxation principles. - Strong Analytical & Research Skills are essential. - Effective communicator and proactive team player.
