CA- Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Control

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and financial analysis.
• Support management in decision-making through financial insights.

Accounting, Audit & Compliance

• Oversee finalization of accounts (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting standards.

Cash Flow & Treasury

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund planning.
• Maintain bank relationships, credit limits, and loan documentation.
• Oversee vendor payments and optimize payment cycles.

Risk Management

• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure legal and regulatory adherence across financial operations.

Team Leadership

• Lead, guide, and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Collaborate with other functional heads for smooth financial operations.
• Present financial performance to management.

Skills & Competencies

• ERP/Automation experience (preferred)
