• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems and development tools
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on C (Rust – Good to have)
• Strong knowledge in any of the scripting language Linux Shell scripting, Python/Perl
• Able to Customize, configure, and optimize the Linux kernel for embedded systems and specific hardware platforms
• Experience in kernel-level debugging, JTAG debugging, and dump analysis tools
• Strong knowledge in Board Support Package (BSP) Development: Develop and modify bootloaders, device drivers, kernel, and device tree support
• Experience in Hardware Bring-Up and Integration: Perform initial hardware bring-up and system integration tasks on NXP CPU families like iMX6/iMX8/iMX95
• Experience with software development methodologies and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
