Buying & Invoicing Lead

Role Overview: As a Buying & Invoicing Lead, you will be responsible for all aspects of Buying & Invoicing track, showcasing thought leadership in the Buying and Invoicing domain. Your role will involve leveraging your 7+ years of implementation experience in the Ariba Buying & Invoicing and Catalogs space, with a focus on at least one implementation where upstream and downstream Ariba solutions were involved. Additionally, you will need to have 5+ full cycle implementations experience in Ariba Buying & Invoicing and Catalogs, including expertise in Guided Buying. It is essential to possess knowledge of Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Catalogs, and SPOT Buy, along with hands-on experience in Ariba configuration, enhancement, and customization. Moreover, you should have prior experience in integrating Ariba solutions with both SAP and non-SAP applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement solutions for clients using SAP Activate methodology - Interact with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle - Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time and within scope - Define solution strategy and conduct workshops to gather customer requirements - Manage the work stream of the project team - Document functional specifications for development activities, such as reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms - Provide guidance on business process and configuration design decisions based on Ariba capabilities and constraints - Conduct user training sessions - Facilitate integration and user acceptance testing - Support business users in resolving process or system issues Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of implementation experience in Ariba Buying & Invoicing and Catalogs space - Experience in at least one implementation involving upstream and downstream Ariba solutions - 5+ full cycle implementations of Ariba Buying & Invoicing and Catalogs - Proficiency in Guided Buying implementation - Familiarity with Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Catalogs, and SPOT Buy - Hands-on experience in Ariba configuration, enhancement, and customization - Integration experience with SAP and non-SAP applications - Excellent communication and presentation skills (Note: No additional details about the company were mentioned in the job description),
