As a Procurement Specialist, your role will involve checking technical requirements against vendor specifications and conducting initial negotiations for a specific category of items. Your responsibilities will include: - Floating enquiries for assigned items based on user requirements - Verifying the accuracy of technical requirements provided by users and vendor specifications, highlighting any discrepancies to senior buyers or the buying manager - Conducting initial negotiations with vendors and providing details to the buying manager to finalize deals - Placing orders for approved items and updating entries in the SAP system - Ensuring timely responses and resolutions to internal and external audit issues related to procurement, escalating complex cases to senior buyers or the buying manager as needed To qualify for this role, you need: - Education: B.
