Job Description

As a Business Value Architect Director at NTT DATA, your role will involve supporting complex, strategic, multi-million-dollar pursuits by engaging with CxOs and business leaders to drive transformation. You will need to bring an entrepreneurial mindset, think innovatively, and collaborate to shape multi-tower transformations leveraging NTT DATA's portfolio of services. Your focus will be on reimagining and reinventing client businesses through the power of technology. **Key Responsibilities:** - Connect industry/business priorities to transformation by engaging with CxOs and business leaders - Conduct research to understand client's business strategy, challenges, and objectives - Analyze client's business processes, KPIs, and ROIs - Identify trends, pain points, and opportunities in the industry and for the client - Develop transformation hypotheses, engagement strategies, and business cases - Build a library of reusable assets and frameworks - Act as a trusted advisor to internal and client business leaders - Present business cases and value propositions to demonstrate the benefits of technology modernization - Collaborate across different teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer goals - Communicate and present business solutions clearly and compellingly to clients and stakeholders **Qualifications:** - 12 years of experience in IT Services or Business Consulting with a focus on business value consulting, business analysis, or sales operations - 7 years of experience in strategic business analysis and developing value propositions and ROI justifications - Knowledge of technology modernization, transformation concepts, and methodologies - Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance; Manufacturing, Commercial, and/or Healthcare industries - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field **Preferred Qualifications:** - Certification in business value analysis or related field is a plus - MBA is a plus At NTT DATA, we are a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
