About The Media Ant:

The Media Ant is 13-year-old platform for media discovery, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns. We aim to disrupt the traditional process of executing ad campaigns through a physical media agency and replace it with a self-serve advertising platform. Education/Job Experience Required: Any Graduate

Location: Bangalore – On-site

Day-to-Day Work:

• Support the Print Ad Operations team in executing and monitoring ad campaigns across newspapers and magazines
• Assist in booking ads, coordinating with publications, and ensuring accurate release orders (ROs)
• Maintain and update campaign tracking sheets, insertion orders, and vendor details
• Support the team in ad material coordination, proof checking, and tracking publication dates
• Liaise with internal teams (client servicing, finance, and strategy) to ensure timely execution and reporting
Help in post-campaign reporting and billing coordination

Must-Have:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of media buying and ad placement processes
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
Basic Understanding of Marketing.

Good to have:

• Knowledge of print publication ecosystems (national and regional)
• Familiarity with media booking software/tools
• Interest in advertising analytics or media operations, Advertising, or Media Studies
• Prior internship or coursework in media planning, operations, or advertising is a plus
