The Business Unit Head position based in Agra and Noida requires a professional with 12-16 years of experience to lead the category management function. As the Category Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive category strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives. Your strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and in-depth knowledge of category management will be crucial in driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement category strategies to enhance performance and market presence. - Manage the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with product development teams. - Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to optimize assortment. - Create and manage the category budget for cost-effectiveness and profitability. - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing category team. - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective promotional campaigns. - Implement marketing strategies to increase category awareness and drive sales. - Coordinate with internal sales force to push the assigned category and achieve results.
