Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Business Travel Consultant. The role involves providing travel consulting and management services to clients, assisting with travel arrangements such as flights and accommodations, and organizing car rentals. The consultant will deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs, resolving travel-related issues, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for all customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and organizing itineraries
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to assist clients effectively
• Experience with Car Rental arrangements and related logistics
• Familiarity with travel planning tools and software is advantageous
• Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in the travel industry or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline is a plus
