Business Transformation Assoc Manager

As a Business Transformation Associate Manager at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in developing transformation vision, assessing vision feasibility and capability gaps, and planning journey management. Your responsibilities will also include translating economic trends into industry competitive advantage and transforming businesses to enable profitable and sustainable growth. In this position, you will be expected to analyze and solve moderately complex problems by creating new solutions, leveraging existing methods, and adapting procedures when necessary. You will need to understand the strategic direction set by senior management in relation to team goals. Your primary interactions will be with your direct supervisor or team leads, as well as peers and management levels both at client sites and within Accenture. The role may require you to provide minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures for new assignments. Your decisions will often impact your team and occasionally other teams. If in an individual contributor role, you may manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture. Please be aware that this role may involve working in rotational shifts. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 10 to 14 years of experience and hold a degree in any field of graduation.
