As part of our Business Development training program, we aim to groom candidates for a challenging and fulfilling career in business development at BONbLOC. This program is designed as a multi-track graduate-level curriculum, delivered through a proctored self-learning boot camp. It is a significant investment by the company, with expectations for high performance and strict adherence to procedures. Requirements for the program include holding a degree from a recognized institution, demonstrating high academic performance, and proficiency in spoken and written English. We seek self-motivated, mature, and responsible learners who are willing to put in the hard work required to achieve the program's learning objectives. Candidates selected for the program will be stationed at our Chennai office for work purposes. Key responsibilities will include identifying and researching potential clients and business opportunities, utilizing various channels for lead generation, analyzing market trends, gathering competitor data, reaching out to clients, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, responsibilities will involve creating sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, as well as preparing reports on sales activities and outcomes.
