As a Business Development Specialist at Zebra Learn, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers/clients and retain existing ones. **Key Responsibilities:** - Reach out via various platforms to institutes/academies/colleges for bulk orders or partner collaborations. - Engage with corporates for bulk orders or partner collaborations. - Communicate with schools for bulk orders or collaborations. - Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, contractors, and conduct one-on-one calls with leads. - Engage with ZebraLearn users to identify needs, present solutions, and drive deal closures. - Create and manage the budget to ensure spending aligns with strategic goals. - Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. - Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support as necessary. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven 4+ years of experience in Business Development or similar role. - Impeccable communication and research skills. - Experience in management, operations, and leadership. - Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
