What youll do: Provide comprehensive consultation to stakeholders across business and BTS teams at the highest technical level on all phases of application programming and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments Capture the Business Capabilities of the systems and document the Business Processes along with data flows. Setup Lean IX to catalog and manage the Commercial solution architecture assets Define goals for technology components and frameworks including reference architectures, solution design and implementations for CRM/Data/Reporting solutions, including, but not limited to Salesforce Service/Health Cloud, .NET, SQL Server, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform, Qlik, AWS, Tableau, Datorama, etc. Define reference architecture and architecture guiding principles and ensure compliance to the defined principle. Work with the Solutions managers, Product Owners, Solutions Architect, Business Analysts and technical architect to prioritize, groom, design, and estimate the epics/user stories for the Salesforce & other platforms. Develop architecture & design for new business capabilities, build proof of concepts, demonstrate the solution to solutions managers, product owner and business leads, and obtain approval for implementation. What youll bring: Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and typically 12+ years of experience, Masters Degree or equivalent education and typically 10+ years of experience. Eight years of experience in application program development. Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred. 2+ years of experience in Salesforce.com implementation, with experience working in product such as service cloud, health cloud , marketing cloud, force.com. Must have experience defining comprehensive solution architecture, identifying gaps between current and future state solutions, define transition plan, rollout and deliver solution that meets the business outcomes. Must have experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and data warehouses, using integration tools. Proven expertise in building and delivering large scale service-oriented system architecture Experience setting up reference architectures, guiding principles and architecture roadmaps Experience in setting up Architecture Management tools like Lean IX Additional skills: Capable of managing a virtual global team for the timely delivery of multiple projects Experienced in analyzing and troubleshooting interactions between databases, operating systems, and applications Travel to global offices as required to collaborate with clients and internal project teams Perks & Benefits: ZS offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health and well-being, financial planning, annual leave, personal growth and professional development.
