Business Technology Solutions Associate Consultant - Data Engineer

Role Overview: At ZS, you will collaborate with internal teams and client teams to develop and implement high-quality technology solutions addressing critical business problems. You will lead modules and workstreams within projects, ensuring hands-on implementation and validation of technical designs. Additionally, you will support project delivery, manage diverse teams, and contribute to project planning and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal and client teams to shape and implement technology solutions - Develop a deep understanding of business problems and translate them into technical designs - Lead modules and workstreams within projects - Validate technical design and implementation approach with technical architects - Apply appropriate development methodologies and best practices - Support project lead in project delivery, including planning, people management, staffing, and risk mitigation - Manage diverse team with various skill sets, providing mentorship and coaching - Lead task planning and distribution among team members for timely project completion - Guide project deliverables including business case development, solution vision, design, requirements, prototypes, architecture, test cases, and deployment plans Qualifications Required: - Must be in the first year of a Master's degree specializing in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or related field - 3+ years of relevant professional experience in delivering small/medium-scale technology solutions - Ability to lead project teams, meet milestones, and provide mentorship - Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, SQL, data warehousing, and reporting - Experience with big data concepts, data management, data analytics, and cloud platforms - Proficiency in programming languages like Python - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including expertise in algorithms and data structures Additional Details: ZS offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health and well-being, financial planning, annual leave, personal growth, and professional development.
