Business Systems Specialist - Informatica Powercenter

Role Overview: Our world is transforming, and at PTC, you will be part of a global team of nearly 7,000 individuals who are leading the way in bringing the physical and digital worlds together. As a member of the Business Intelligence team, you will play a crucial role in delivering enhancements and bug-fixes critical to PTC's business teams. Your main responsibilities will include development, unit testing, and delivering functionalities that help improve operations and create better products. Key Responsibilities: - Work as part of a project team to attend daily scrums, collaborate with BI team members and business users to understand requirements, design, develop, and deliver critical business solutions - Monitor daily jobs and resolve any issues that arise - Utilize strong development skills, effective communication, and problem-solving capabilities - Utilize reporting and analytics tools such as Qlik, Oracle BI, Informatica ETL, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and MDM - Work with ERP data sources including Oracle EBS and Salesforce - Participate in Agile projects and manage multiple priorities in a complex environment - Collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization and international team members - Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitate discussions, perform demonstrations, provide updates, and identify issues/risks Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience working with reporting and analytics tools - Experience with dimensional modeling and design - Knowledge of systems like Oracle EBS and Salesforce - Experience working on agile teams and ability to manage multiple priorities - Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field ,
