Business Systems Analyst, Planning and Forecasting

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Business Systems Integration team at Google, working at a fast pace to remove roadblocks that hinder progress. Your role involves identifying internal processes that consume time, developing reliable and scalable solutions, translating Googler needs into technical specifications, designing recommended systems, and consulting with Google executives for smooth implementation. Your expertise will contribute to building business applications, improving application reliability, defining technical project scopes, and overseeing project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of projects, track progress, mitigate risks, manage stakeholders and escalations, coordinate testing, and work with engineering teams to deploy applications. - Gain insights into business problems, processes, and applications by collaborating with stakeholders and users to provide impactful solutions through building business applications, delivering system enhancements, and designing solutions for business operations automation and scalability. - Collaborate with engineering teams to define, design, build, deploy, and support various solutions for systems, software products, and internal transformative programs and processes. - Drive business analysis and team execution across project work and ongoing support responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience designing and implementing Planning and Forecasting systems. - 8 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle. - Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage technical projects. - Experience working with systems handling sensitive data, SOX controls, and change management processes. - Experience defining and identifying opportunities to improve domain critical KPIs. - Understanding of ERP systems (such as SAP BPC, Anaplan) and data and FP&A domain knowledge of implementing planning tools. - Ability to plan, prioritize, deliver, and support systems solutions related to Anaplan or other planning and forecasting tools. - Excellent technical analysis skills to translate business requirements into solution architecture.,
