Job Description

As a Business Analyst at William O'Neil India, you will play a crucial role in the development of global equity research products and investing applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Documenting current business processes and modeling future processes. - Analyzing systems and applications to understand data structure and functionalities. - Managing small projects and providing support for Project Managers. - Analyzing business requirements, identifying problems, and providing solutions aligned with stakeholders" needs. - Managing changing requirements and communicating impacts to project teams. - Gathering, documenting, and prioritizing detailed business requirements. - Conducting requirements gathering workshops and interviews. - Creating diagrams, workflows, and operational steps. - Assisting project teams throughout the project life cycle. - Developing system requirements specifications and test plans. - Mentoring other Business Analysts and participating in recruiting efforts. - Suggesting process improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Developing and delivering user training plans. - Staying updated with industry and technology trends. Qualifications: Technical Expertise: - Advanced SQL knowledge, including joins, unions, stored procedures, and SSIS. - Ability to analyze, document, and optimize data structures and system functionalities. - Experience with system development methodologies like RUP and Agile. - Proficiency in tools such as CMS, CRM, HRMS, ERP, etc. - Experience in integrating applications with enterprise systems. System Analysis: - Expertise in requirements gathering using Use Cases. - Designing workflows and analyzing system requirements. - Conducting user interviews and scoping business problems. - Familiarity with training programs and documentation. Project Management: - Managing stakeholder expectations under tight deadlines. - Planning, scoping, and problem-solving skills. - Comfortable working U.S. hours for stakeholder coordination. Other Skills: - Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). - 6-8 years of experience in a Business Analyst role. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Leadership and team collaboration skills. - Professional maturity, integrity, and patience.,
