    JLL Tech Ambitions   
  -   We are looking for an Workday Technology Specialist who is self-starter to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment that can join our Enterprise Data team.  
-   This is an individual contributor role that is responsible for designing and developing of HCM solutions that are strategic for the business and built on the latest technologies and patterns.  
-   This is a global role that requires partnering with the broader JLLT team at the country, regional and global level by utilizing in-depth knowledge of data, infrastructure, technologies, and data engineering experience.  
  Responsibilities  
  -   To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:  
-   Configure and implement functional changes in Workday in the following areas: HCM, Compensation, Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent, Performance.  
-   Apply changes to Workday security access rights.  
-   Assess the feasibility and estimate efforts required to deploy proposed changes.  
-   Assess and communicate impact of Workday functional changes to business processes and integrations.  
-   Create or amend reports, dashboards, and calculated fields .  
-   Prepare and support the Workday annual compensation processes (merit, talent, performance)  
-   Liaise with the team s business and functional analysts and/or external consultants, particularly in integration projects that impact our applications.  
-   Ensure that the proposed solutions are in line with the functional vision of the applications and roadmaps of our business partners.  
-   In the context of the various projects, identify the activities to be carried out in relation to the functional configuration and write/revise the documentation according to the methodology in place.  
-   Provide Workday Functional expertise to application development and maintenance teams and other IT organization teams.

   Experience & Education  
  -   Bachelor s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science, business, or social science.   
  Technical Skills & Competencies  
  -    
-   Understanding of HR processes and data flows between HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and IT services  
-   Experience working with functional HR teams in the development and implementation of technical solutions that improve efficiencies and performance.  
-   Passion for working with people and systems, and a strong interest in helping customers succeed  
-   Ability to maintain personal and confidential information  
-   Self-starter and ability to work independently and also collaborate across teams. A team player mentality is a must  
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to summarize the work done in an articulate fashion via email or case notes  
-   Experience with Workday Compensation, or Recruitment, Time/Tracking is a plus  
-   Knowledge or desire to learn about the usage of automation software such as UI Path, RPA, Power BI, and the ability to analyze a Process Design Document is preferred
