Business Systems Analysis Specialist

NTT DATA is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused User Access Management Specialist to join the team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily provisioning and deprovisioning of user access across enterprise applications within the UPS network. This individual should possess a strong background in user access oversight, system support, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily user provisioning and deprovisioning for enterprise applications. - Maintain and monitor the team support mailbox, responding to user queries and access-related issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve application access issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Ensure compliance with internal access control policies and procedures. - Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding/offboarding processes. - Maintain accurate documentation of access requests, changes, and issue resolutions. - Provide excellent customer service to internal users and stakeholders. Mandatory Skills: - 8+ years of experience in User Access Provisioning/Deprovisioning in a corporate IT environment. - Strong system support background, particularly in troubleshooting access-related issues. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
