Qualifications And Skills. 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business System Analyst or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of SQL and experience in writing SQL queries and stored procedures. Experience in working with databases, tables, and data analysis. Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Experience in conducting system analysis and design activities. Knowledge of the BFSI domain will be a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Roles And Responsibilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications. Analyze and document business processes, systems, and user needs. Evaluate existing systems and propose innovative solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity. Conduct system analysis and design activities to support the development and implementation of customized solutions. Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including requirement documents, design documents, and test plans. Facilitate and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure the delivered solution meets the business needs. Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users during system implementation and post-implementation phases.
