Business Support Manager- Data Analytics & Modelling

The role is responsible for reviewing and enhancing architectural artifacts to optimize business IT processes, while ensuring effective governance of the resources. This includes eliciting and documenting business requirements, developing and updating dashboards and facilitating workshops to drive continuous improvement. The position requires a strong analytical background and expertise in business process modeling, data analytics, and IT architecture principles to support organizational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, update, and develop architectural artifacts including Business Processes, IT Landscapes, ER Diagrams, State Diagrams, etc.
• Update and create dashboards based on business requirements in Process Mining in Celonis
• Elicit and document business requirements
• Develop and update Power BI dashboards
• Facilitation of trainings/workshops
• Maintain and govern the repository of architectural artifacts in ARIS Connect (admin, scripting, config, metamodel changes)

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Masters degree level Education (MSc, MTech, MBA) preferably in IT/business/math or similar
• 5+ years of working experience most preferably as a Business Analyst, Data Scientist or Business Process Consultant
• 5+ years of experience in Business Process Modelling in a central-repository-based tool (preferable: ARIS Connect, but can be any other central-repository-based BMN tool)
• Experience in creating and updating dashboards in process mining tools like Celonis or ARIS
• Understanding & experience in modelling of: Sales, Order Management, Operations, Finance, etc
• Experience in Requirements gathering, Data Analytics (incl. good command in SQL), and Documentation
• Solid understanding of IT SDLCs and Project Management
• Sound understanding of IT and Data Architecture principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with tools: ARIS, Signavio/SAP, Visio, SharePoint Online, SQL, PowerBI/Qlik, Jira, Confluence, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Celonis, onenote
