Business Support Assistant

The role of Divyang Business Support Assistant at Astro Freight's Kolkata Office involves providing direct administrative and business support to the Director. You will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to business processes and logistics operations. Additionally, you will maintain and update daily work logs and status reports for ongoing projects, coordinate communication and documentation for international freight forwarding, manage schedules and meetings, and handle business correspondence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential for tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and filing using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Candidates with experience in international logistics or freight forwarding are preferred for this role. Strong organizational skills are required to effectively track and report KPIs. A positive attitude, willingness to work hard, and the ability to grow within the organization are key qualities we are looking for.
