Business Reporting and Process Analyst

As a CX Analyst at Zelis, you will have the opportunity to interact with various areas of CX, including Client Services, Service Operations, Implementation Services, and more. Your key responsibilities will include: - Interacting with all areas of CX to gather reporting requirements and document processes. - Analyzing critical business processes and proposing recommendations based on gathered data. - Translating departmental requirements into actionable measurements and delivering clear and detailed reporting tools. - Collaborating with CX leadership to identify areas of impact on reporting or processes. - Communicating reporting discrepancies to leadership and ensuring process alignment throughout CX. - Reviewing processes regularly to ensure compliance with internal and industry standards. - Developing a communication strategy to inform trends and potential issues. - Ensuring reporting compliance with state and federally mandated legislation. - Collaborating to generate learning resources and align potential reporting changes with QA conditions. - Embracing continuous improvement and innovation within the CX area. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence. - Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, SmartSheet, and data visualization tools. - Strong communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills. - Experience with statistical analysis, data visualization, and database design. - Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and collaborate between teams. Preferred experience/skills include healthcare technology industry knowledge, experience in client services or call center operations, and familiarity with Tableau.
