Business Product Senior Analyst, AVP

Role Overview: You will be part of the Advisory Solutions team responsible for managed investment solutions including funds, alternative investments, and ETFs. Your main role will involve collaborating with regional Advisory Solutions teams to generate actionable investment ideas and creating compelling product content for client advisors with private wealth clients in mind. Additionally, you will support the production of marketing materials, oversee lifecycle management of product-related materials, prepare sales reports, ensure information accuracy, and support project-based sales enablement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with regional Advisory Solutions teams to generate actionable investment ideas and create compelling product content for client advisors. - Support the production of marketing material and regular fund updates for effective communication. - Oversee lifecycle management of product-related materials to maintain information accuracy. - Prepare sales and exposure reports for key stakeholders to monitor and direct sales efforts effectively. - Ensure accuracy of information related to products and platforms, adhering to internal processes. - Support regional/global teams on project-based sales enablement initiatives. - Work with a multi-location team in a coordinated approach. - Maintain organized records of internal approvals and review existing processes for effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Minimum postgraduate degree with a focus on Finance, Management, or similar. CFA/FRM/CA/CAIA will be preferred. - Experience in the financial services industry, preferably working in a product team serving global funds. - Creative flair in articulating key concepts and selling points through various communication mediums. - Marketing know-how and brand management experience is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and computer literacy. Knowledge of other technical computing tools like Bloomberg Terminal is an advantage. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, as a team member, and as a collaborative partner.
