Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Process Associate to join our non-voice operations team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a BPO setting, excellent English comprehension skills, and the ability to handle back-end tasks efficiently. This is a non-voice role—no accounting experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform documentation, and workflow management for assigned projects
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in back-end support tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth process delivery and compliance
• Handle client-specific processes as per guidelines and deadlines
• Follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues when needed

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of BPO experience (non-voice preferred)
• Strong understanding of English (written and reading comprehension)
• Good typing speed and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
• Proficient with basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in non-voice BPO roles (e.g., data entry, email/chat support, KPO)
• Familiarity with CRM or workflow management tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
