Job Description

Project Role: Business Process Designer Project Role Description: As a Business Process Designer , you will analyze, develop, and improve workflows to optimize business effectiveness. You will identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions to enhance them. By collaborating with business users, you will define detailed product requirements and use cases. Additionally, you will design continuous monitoring and feedback collection systems to help refine processes over time, ensuring continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Provide deep knowledge and experience in business process design and optimization. Advisory Role: Leverage your influencing and advisory skills to guide teams and make key decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and develop solutions: Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions that meet business needs. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in business workflows and propose strategies to optimize effectiveness. System Testing & Support: Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) . Provide Technical Support: Offer technical guidance to the development team and ensure compliance with coding standards. Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP functionality. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of processes and methodologies over time. Tool Selection & Integration: Assist in the evaluation and selection of third-party tools and integrations. Collaboration for Success: Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. Strong understanding of business processes and workflow optimization. Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes using Dynamics 365 ERP. Expertise in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 ERP solutions to meet business requirements. Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 ERP with other systems and platforms. System testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (preferred). Good-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with data migration and data integration techniques . Experience Required: Minimum of 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical . Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field). Location: This position is based at our Ahmedabad office .
