Project Role : Business Process Designer Project Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to refine processes over time. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Design and implement process improvement strategies. - Lead process optimization initiatives. - Develop and maintain workflow documentation. - Provide training and guidance to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - Strong understanding of business process design principles. - Experience in workflow analysis and optimization. - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies. - Familiarity with process automation tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
