Project Role Description :

Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

15 years full time education Education CA CMA MBA Finance PG MBA MComSummary : Design, build and configure SAP S4 HANA Finance solution to meet business process and application requirements and manage multiple projects delivery Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Play SME role for S/4HANA Finance for Green Field, Conversion, Central Finance and or New GL Migration 2. Engage with Sales team in managing client meetings, demos, RFP, Client Roadmap Study in S 4HANA Finance area 3. Ability to lead team & deliver SAP S4HANA Finance projects Onshore Offshore 4. Able to handle cross functional teams offshore Onshore for project delivery 5. Assist in estimating the various new deals and prospective clients from SAP S4 Finance perspective 6. Build skill capability in new functionality released by SAP in Finance area including Cloud solution Professional and Technical Skills : 1. 10+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO including SAP S/4 HANA Finance 2. Strong S/4HANA Finance knowledge with 4+ implementation projects experience facing implementations, roll outs, expert advisory assignments in S/4HANA (Training, User end experience do not count) 3. Hands on experience in S/4HANA Finance and Controlling with expertise in any three of the following areas - Universal Journal, New GL, Asset Accounting, Central Finance, Margin Analysis, Financial Closing 4. People & Stakeholder Management experience (Onsite/Offshore) 5. SAP S/4 HANA certified and knowledge of Brownfield Conversion or S/4 Roadmap options will be an add advantage Good to have skills :
  • Excellent Analytical skills, Excellent advance excel skill, Communication skills, stakeholder management skills are needed to carry out the job. Additional Information : The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FI skill - This position is based at our Pune office - A BE/BTech degree is required
