Your typical day will involve partnering with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements, as well as participating in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the analysis and design of new business processes for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical, ensuring that documentation is created to guide the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs, ensuring that the needs of the business are met through the implementation of new processes and technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the implementation of new processes and technologies is successful, including working with developers, project managers, and business analysts. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong technical skills in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Good To Have Skills:Experience with other CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Oracle CRM. Experience in analyzing and designing new business processes to meet the needs of the business. Strong understanding of product requirements and use cases, and how they relate to process and functional requirements. Experience in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes and technologies. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
