Project Role Description :
Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Educational Qualification :
a:Engineering degree from a reputed college and/or full-time MBA degree from Tier1 or Tier2 B-School

Must have Skills:[object Object] Good to Have Skills:[object Object],[object Object],[object Object] Job Requirements:'',//?field Key Responsibilities:a:As a Technology Consulting Practitioner/Product Owner/Business Consultant leverage your domain expertise and deliver the promised solution to the envisaged transformation for the client b:Identify the potential domain-led differentiation during sales pursuits c:Conduct research in the Travel Industry to identify trends, leading to business and / or technology imperatives for our clients d:Develop new offerings, technology assets, point of views, and rapid prototypes for Travel industry Technical Experience:a:Minimum 7 years TL and 10 years AM of demonstrated work experience in Travel Industry in the areas of Business Analysis Design, Domain Consulting, Digital Transformation, Operational Transformation, Product Management and Implementation b:Experience in working with Agile/Scrum teams, defining Use Cases, Product Backlog, Business Case, and requirements management c:Experience in conducting requirement workshops and Demos d:Deep understanding of the Airline/Airport Business Process Models Professional Attributes:a:Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience of working in cross-functional teams b:Strong inter-personal, lateral thinking and problem-solving skills are a must c:Professional client-interfacing experience is a must d:Ability to lead a team as well as work in a team Educational Qualification:a:Engineering degree from a reputed college and/or full-time MBA degree from Tier1 or Tier2 B-School Additional Info:Deep functional consulting experience in the Travel Hospitality domain is mustQualification
